Less friction. Clearer ownership.

Revenue automation for industrial sales workflows

Automation should remove the work that delays a good sales decision—not automate a broken process faster. We find the repeated handoffs behind missed leads, forgotten quotes and quiet accounts, then build tested workflows with clear owners and human judgment where it matters.

Signs this is costing you

Leads are forwarded, not owned

An inquiry moves between inboxes without an accountable response.

Reps re-enter the same details

Manual copying leaves customer context behind and creates avoidable mistakes.

Reminders rely on memory

Quotes and customer commitments have no reliable next-action trigger.

Exceptions disappear

A workflow runs, but failed handoffs, absences and duplicate contacts have no review path.

An inbound inquiry that reaches the right owner

  1. 01

We agree the business rules: territory, product expertise, existing account ownership and response expectations.

  2. 02

We build a scoped routing workflow with an owner, next action and fallback when information is missing.

  3. 03

We test duplicates, absences, failures and opt-outs before enabling any approved customer-facing steps.

  4. 04

We monitor exceptions and response performance within the engagement and refine the rules.

Illustrative engagement, not a customer case study or a promised result. Scope and feasibility are confirmed before implementation.

What we take ownership of

Sales handoffs
Lead assignment, escalation and task creation with a responsible owner at each step.
Quote execution
Reminders and approved follow-up cadences that stop when the status changes.
Account signals
Retention triggers that create a useful review task rather than another noisy alert.

What we build and manage

  • A prioritized automation scope tied to an operating bottleneck
  • Implemented workflows and documented ownership rules
  • Exception handling, test evidence and approved messaging controls
  • Ongoing review and adjustment at an agreed cadence

Scope & safeguards

  • — System access, connectors and any required licenses are confirmed before work is committed.
  • — No autonomous outreach without client sign-off. Judgment, pricing and relationship ownership stay with your team.

How we work

One partner. From diagnosis to ongoing improvement.

  1. 01

    Discover

A short conversation about your business, bottlenecks and priorities. We identify where to start.

  2. 02

    Coordinate

We work with your appointed admin or IT contact to arrange explicitly authorized, limited access. Read-only where appropriate.

  3. 03

    Build & test

We analyze, prioritize and implement the agreed changes, test the handoffs and report what actually changed.

  4. 04

    Monitor & adapt

Within the agreed engagement, we review outcomes, fix exceptions and refine the system as your business changes.

Common questions

Do we need another platform?

Not automatically. We start with the systems and permissions already available. If another tool is justified, its costs and limitations are disclosed for approval before adoption.

Can you automate customer follow-up?

Where appropriate and explicitly approved. Audiences, content, suppression rules and stop conditions must be agreed and tested first. This is a managed workflow, not a promise of an outsourced inside sales team.

Is AI required?

No. Clear rules often solve the problem more reliably. Any AI use needs a defined purpose, suitable data handling and separately approved scope; it is not a default dependency.
