Convert open quotes
Quote follow-up that does not depend on memory
Sending the quote is not the end of the sales process. When calls, counter orders and urgent requests take over, open quotes drift. We build the follow-up system around your quoting process so the right opportunity has an owner, a next step and an appropriate cadence.

Sent, then forgotten
Quotes remain open without an agreed next contact or decision date.
One cadence for every quote
A project quote and a routine reorder receive the same attention despite different buying needs.
Follow-up lives in inboxes
Managers cannot see whether a buyer received an answer or whether the next step happened.
Lost reasons stay unknown
Price, availability and timing issues get grouped together as “no order.”
A quote with an accountable next step
- 01
We identify open quotes that merit attention and verify their status with the quote owner.
- 02
We build follow-up rules around quote type, value, buyer timing and existing customer relationships.
- 03
We test reminders, tasks and any client-approved messages, including stop rules for closed or opted-out contacts.
- 04
We review response, next steps and quote-to-order outcomes, then adjust the workflow.
Illustrative engagement, not a customer case study or a promised result. Scope and feasibility are confirmed before implementation.
What we take ownership of
- Prioritize
- Separate time-sensitive opportunities from routine or stale quotes.
- Execute
- Named ownership, reminders and approved follow-up steps in the tools your team uses.
- Learn
- Track response and conversion with clear definitions, not a claimed uplift.
What we build and manage
- Prioritized open-quote queue and clear ownership rules
- Built and tested follow-up tasks, reminders and approved automation
- Agreed closed-quote, opt-out and escalation rules
- Conversion and lost-reason reviews tied to available evidence
Scope & safeguards
- — We design and manage the workflow; we do not imply that we become your inside sales department.
- — Automated messages require sign-off and feasible access. No conversion improvement is guaranteed.

Common questions
How is this different from RFQ management?
Quote follow-up starts after a quote is issued. RFQ management covers the earlier intake, qualification, routing and quoting handoffs as well. They can be scoped together without duplicating work.
Do we need to replace our quoting system?
Not by default. We assess the existing process and implement within it where feasible. Any system change is justified by the business need and separately approved.
Can follow-ups be automated?
Yes, where the systems, permissions and customer rules support it. We confirm feasibility, obtain your sign-off and test stop conditions before enabling customer-facing messages.
